Maestro Rune Bergmann conducts the CPO in Wagner’s Prelude to Die Meistersinger (Dec 7, 2017). I used 20 ” Sabian Medium Heavy Artisans for the big crash at 10:18 min. (Tim Borton – triangle and Alex Cohen – timpani).

Tchaikovsky: 1812 Overture

Maestro Gary Kulesha conducts the CPO in Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture (Oct 28, 2017). I used 20″ Sabian Medium Heavy Artisans for most of the piece; a pair of old 22″ for the crashes at 14:25 min; and Zildjian 20″ Classic Orchestrals for the ending at 15:25 min. (Tim Borton – snare drum, Nia Devetsis – triangle/canons, Sean Buckley – chimes, Tim Rawlings – bass drum; Alex Cohen – timpani)

Mahler: Symphony No. 1 “The Titan”
